Delivery policy

Greenlit is online software. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Your workspace is available immediately after you sign up; the free trial needs no payment.
• A paid plan takes effect as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a minute. Your GST invoice is available right away in Settings → Billing and is emailed to the billing address.
• If your plan hasn’t activated within an hour of a successful payment, write to info@dinerotechnologies.in and we’ll sort it out the same working day.
