Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the agency or person using Greenlit) and Dinero Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”), which operates Greenlit. By creating an account or using Greenlit you accept them. If you use Greenlit for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

1. The service

Greenlit is software for planning, producing, approving, publishing and measuring Instagram content. We provide it as an online service; features may change as we improve it, and we will not remove core functionality you pay for during a paid period without notice.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
• The workspace owner controls who has access. Clients who receive an approval link can see only the content shared with them.
• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

3. Trials, plans and payment

• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. When it ends, the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees plus applicable GST, through Razorpay. Prices are on our pricing page; we will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change, which applies from your next renewal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails we retry and you keep full access for 7 days; after that the workspace becomes read-only until payment succeeds.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
• Plan limits (seats, clients, connected Instagram accounts, AI runs, storage) are shown on the pricing and billing pages.

4. Your content

You own everything you and your clients put into Greenlit — briefs, scripts, footage, edits, captions, comments. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and to publish it to the Instagram accounts you connect.

5. Instagram and third-party services

Connecting an Instagram professional account lets Greenlit read posts and insights and, if you ask it to, publish on your behalf through Meta’s official API. Your use of Instagram is also governed by Meta’s terms. AI features use providers such as Anthropic, Groq or OpenRouter; if you connect your own AI key, that provider’s terms and charges apply to those requests. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services, though we will do our best to keep Greenlit working around them.

6. AI output

AI features produce suggestions — briefs, drafts, plans, recommendations. They can be wrong. Review them before relying on them; nothing is published or changed until a person accepts it.

7. Acceptable use

• Don’t upload unlawful content, content you have no right to use, or malware.
• Don’t try to access other workspaces, probe or overload the service, or resell it without our agreement.
• Don’t use Greenlit to spam, mislead or harass anyone, or in breach of Instagram’s rules.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

8. Availability and support

We aim for Greenlit to be available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We back up data regularly and support you by email.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Greenlit is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost clients.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Greenlit and cancel any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious breach. If a plan ends, the workspace stays read-only and nothing is deleted; we will email the owner before removing a long-inactive workspace. If the owner deletes a workspace (Settings → Delete workspace), it is read-only for 30 days — the deletion can be cancelled until then — and is then permanently deleted, except what we must keep by law (for example, invoices).

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first — write to info@dinerotechnologies.in.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email workspace owners at least 15 days in advance.
