Refund and cancellation policy

Try before you pay

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with no card required, so you can check Greenlit fits before paying.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. No calls or emails needed.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. You won’t be charged again.
• After that the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted — pick a plan again any time to carry on where you left off.

Refunds

• Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months.
• Yearly plans can be cancelled within 14 days of the first payment for a full refund. After that, they are not refunded for the unused part of the year.
• Billing mistakes — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a wrong amount — are refunded in full. Tell us within 30 days.
• If Greenlit is unavailable for an extended period through our fault, we will credit or refund the affected time.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. We issue a GST credit note with each refund.

Ask for a refund

Email info@dinerotechnologies.in from the workspace owner’s address with your workspace name and invoice number. We reply within two working days.
